Incredible dinner at Finch & Fork! From the moment we sat down, the service was exceptional, Sabit and his staff took great care of us all evening. Our server Cole went above and beyond making the whole experience feel special from start to finish. The food was outstanding across the board. We started with a dozen oysters and mussels with grilled bread, both super fresh. The pan-seared Halibut and sauce was perfectly cooked. But hands down, the fried chicken stole the show crispy, juicy, and absolutely one of the best versions I’ve had! Great food, warm hospitality and a team that clearly cares about the guest experience. Highly recommend Finch & Fork for anyone visiting Santa Barbara... ask for Cole!

We celebrated our anniversary at Fork & Finch, and it was an amazing experience. We started with happy hour with $1 oysters, where Kayla made outstanding martinis that were perfectly crafted and a great way to kick off the evening. The manager, Sabeed, warmly welcomed us, took the time to chat with us, and gave us excellent recommendations. We also had the pleasure of being taken care of by Brett and John, who were both attentive, friendly, and helped make our dinner feel even more special. Based on their recommendations, we ordered the farm-to-table burrata salad, the lamb chops, and the steak. Every dish was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. From the exceptional service to the incredible food and drinks, everything exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the entire team for making our anniversary so memorable—we'll definitely be back!

Above and beyond service! We came in late so we just got the fried chicken and chocolate pot de creme (plus some drinks), but everything was great. The restaurant is very nicely decorated as well, definitely looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you to the chef and team!

The last time my friend and I were at Finch & Fork was 2016. Fast forward to 2026, we did not realize it was attached to the Kimpton Canary Hotel that we were staying at this trip. Totally redecorated, totally different feel than when we were there in 2016. So our last night in Santa Barbara we decided to take advantage of their kick-ass Happy Hour. We sat at the bar right at 4:00, Kayla was our bar tender for the evening. We indulged in HH Martinis, Beer and Sparking Wine. We took advantage of the HH $1.00 Oysters and each had a HH 50% off Smash Burger. Great presentation, the Oysters were very fresh and shucked clean. The burgers were amazing. We ordered and consumed a lot in the 4-5:00PM HH period and I will say shortly after 4:00 the place was filled. LOL, Needless to say, we never made it out for dinner and it was well worth it. Atmosphere: bright, refreshing. Service: very good. Food: Happy hour fantastic deal.

Top to bottom, this place was awesome. Hotel restaurants are typically just alright. On a rare occasion, they are "good". But Finch & Fork was great! Super fresh ingredients and absolutely delicious. We had the burger, chicken sandwich and Caesar with salmon. Burger was phenomenal. High quality thick patty cooked to a perfect medium rare. Ponlaos and bacon were phenomenal touches Caesar Was light and beautiful. One of the best Caesars I have had in a very long time. And then Came the service. Phenomenal waiters. And Robert, the manager, is like an old school Maitre D. He came to the table, checked in on us. A fantastic conversationalist that brought us back to the great restaurants of yesteryear.
